 Charlie, this info is related to #4616. The resume didnt occur because we
 didnt do it right(check the end of the ticket)

 Morgan, is it possible when the XO resumed it associated to an AP?
 This is only possible NM change, right?
 Can you check the log for the the network status before/after the suspend?

 We will repeat the experiment looking out of such changes
