 Problem occurred when a new activity was launched, kept in journal and
 then closed. Journal lists 2 occurrences of the activity and when both are
 selected one after another, one activity launches while the other shows an
 icon on the home screen saying that it's loading but never actually
 launches. This doesn't appear to cause any major problems but could be an
 annoyance or cause confusion when multiple activities are active at once.

 When the original activity is closed, the loading icon remains for a few
 seconds, but eventually disappears.
