Comment:

 We've got the license agreement from sig, thank you!

 In the future, we rather declare that "new code are assumed to be covered
 by MIT unless stated otherwise".  Also, the agreement was about the old
 contributions so asking one for a new contribution wasn't a right thing
 actually.  So, asking the agreement was an unnecessary step.  Sorry about
 that.

 In the image, there are bunch of senders of #oldFileOrNoneNamed:.  All of
 them are either sending it to FileStream, or the argument is a result of
 "self fullName".  So, this fix does not apply to any of them; but in other
 words, this fix is a safe one.
