#6760: Automatic search is disabled and nonfunctional

By default, Firefox detects invalid URLs and transparently reroutes them
to google searches. The search URL is controlled by the "keyword.URL"
preference. This feature is enabled or disabled by "keyword.enabled". It
is on by default in the default install of Firefox.

In Browse, keyword.enabled is set to False by default. Keyword search
doesn't work. Instead, it pops up an unsightly, "invalid URL" error
dialog. Given that Browse doesn't have a search box, making the main
dialog perform searches (like in Mozilla/Seamonkey) seems like a much
 better idea.

Unfortunately, setting keyword.enabled to true doesn't seem to have any
effect. This is a bug. Someone reported (at
http://wtanaka.com/node/7588) experiencing this behavior with the
Tabbrowser extension, but I don't know why that would affect Browse.
