#7552: C3 machine looses connectivity after reboot

Experimental XO with the C3 motherboard given to me by Wad.
SHF80701831, Q2E11, update.1 708.
After rebooting the XO, networking stop working completely. Related lights
were not lit. After a couple of other reboots, the behavior was the same,
then, after another reboot, networking started working properly.
Richard Smith believes it's a kernel problem. The log file (collected when
the networking didn't work) is attached.
