Comment:

 Yeah, there's some confusion here. This ticket is about the time that the
 sugar shell takes to start, after X itself has started (so not about
 activity startup).

 I personally think it's too late to work on this if it's not a real
 regression, I need to fix bugs now.

 Chris, do you have startup times from the tinderbox? Can we compare them
 so we know if we have a regression here?
