Comment(by ghopper):

 I agree that the menus and behaviors should be consistent across
 applications.  (For example, the sharing with list is always on the right
 and the clipboard copy/paste menu is always on the ... left?)  However, in
 applications that do not support these features, there is no need to
 display these menus.  For applications that do support these features,
 they could (should?) be part of the application toolbar.  This would make
 the sugar toolbar unnecessary for activity mode.

 I'm curious how

 Toolbar Hiding] would work.  Are there any applications that take
 advantage of this yet?  The implication is that moving to the *edge* of
 the screen would produce one set of menus, but moving to the *corner* of
 the screen would produce a different set of menus.  I think that is more
 complex than it should be.
