Comment:

 I think this ticket will be covered by two things:

 1) We do need positive (or negative) feedback upon installation of a
 bundle or activity.  For the moment, this could be a non-modal alert in
 the Journal.  Once we have proper "actions" in the Journal, this feedback
 could come as part of the entry itself, eg. "You attempted to install
 <activity>, but <there was an error in the bundle and the activity could
 not be installed>" or "You successfully installed <activity>".

 2) The ring on the Home screen will automatically add the icons for newly
 installed activities. (Newly installed bundles should be launchable from
 the Journal itself).  An optional view of Home will serve to make this
 even more obvious, since never before run activities will have a different
 appearance (gray outlines).

 I leave this ticket open to address point (1) above.
