 There currently doesn't seem to be a way to change the video mode to a
 lower setting such as 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768. For multimedia
 applications such as games or video players this should give some very
 noticeable improvements in the number of frames-per-seconds. It would also
 be very useful for running native X11 applications that haven't been
 adopted to the high DPI of the XO-1 display.

 So far I have been unable to produce Modelines for /etc/X11/xorg.conf that
 work for modes other then 1200x900.
