Yes, this is documented in the recommendations. The question is just to
chose beteween (1) evoke the API from user space (init script) or (2)
change the default value (in the firmware or driver). Would you advise on
that?

Mesh Adaptation Daemon ]?
I don see it as an adaptive measure. It should be implemented irrespective
of external conditions. So, I don't think it belongs to the Mesh
Adaptation Daemon.
