 Justification for this request:
  * One of the biggest complaints from the G1G1 program has to do with
 familiarity of the interface, especially in two areas: browser (tabs and
 windows), and file system (how to find files on the laptop)
  * This has also been an issue brought to olpc mgmt's attention by many
 constituents outside of the primary one (not the kids in Peru, but sales
 people, implementors, partners, and many people who are familiar with
 linux, windows, or mac computers)
  * The G1G1 program is going to be even bigger and the fund raising that
 we will get from that will be very important to the program and provide
 many more laptops that run sugar to the kids. We need to pick out one or
 two features for G1G1. This is the one that Chuck and Nicholas are
 recommending.
