 The scope of the ticket has broadened from just hiding the frame while
 dragging, to the whole frame interaction while a drag and drop operation
 is going on.

 Marco was talking about the issues with unhiding the frame when a dnd
 operation is started, so not related with the original subject of this
 ticket. Sorry about the confusion.
