 Albert,

 Please don't reopen a bug like this; Linux in general has this problem,
 and we'll probably fix it sooner than most people.  If you care about it,
 you can contribute to projects like PulseAudio working on fixes.  But
 cluttering our trac system with it doesn't help anyone.

 And the camera gets potentially pretty difficult to share at all, if you
 start to use some of the fancier features of some camera chips that end up
 mutually exclusive.
