Comment:

 I would like to understand if there is some visual indication we can
 provide to the student when there isn't enough memory to load another
 activity; and then we shouldn't try to launch it.

 A real memory manager will have to come after trial-3 (maybe after FRS);
 but this is a serious problem since many people don't close activities. If
 the camera just stops working, I'm sure we will get support calls. We need
 something to prompt them to close activities before there are problems.

 Dan, Corbet or Eben - I made this blocking only to get some feedback as to
 what could possibly be done in a day or so; with low risk to the code
 base. We might not implement it now. We can change the priority back down
 and possibly move it out once we know the scope of the problem.
