Comment:

 I'm using build 575 which is the latest at the moment.  But the problem
 seems to have reversed itself.  The battery always says it's discharging
 even when it plugged in.  Both when you hover over the battery in sugar
 home and when you type 'cat /sys/devices/platform/olpc-
 battery.0/power_supply/olpc-battery/status ' into the terminal.
