 analysis.

I tried to read the report, but could not open the file with either
OpenOffice or Microsoft Excel Viewer 2003. I also tried installing the
Microsoft compatibility pack for Office 2007 file formats; I was still
 unable to open the file.

 or not?

"test /nandflash::fixbbt" uses the data patterns "all ff, all 00, all 55,
all aa". It tries all four of those patterns on every erase block. David
Woodhouse's test for the CaFe NAND problem uses pseudo-random data.
