 Supporting Windows here is *exactly* the same process as supporting the
 Linux-based systems.  Other than potentially using "zip" instead of bzip2,
 the package is the same.  That is, when the (apparently existing) pilgrim
 scripts are run they should support Windows with no extra effort beyond
 potentially using a different compression mechanism.

 There are lots of Win32-based developers out there that we'd like to get
 working on the platform.
