 Open tamtam on a spanish language laptop (or portuguese) and try to play a
 sound.
 This is really a blocker. The reason it wasn't found earlier is because we
 weren't doing any testing on non-English laptops.

Comment:

 This bug was found when we were testing #3075, and it only occurs in the
 non-English language laptops.

 It is a bug in today's builds as well as the older build. It was found in
 542 because that build got installed on Spanish language laptops and
 shipped to the field.

 This is very high priority since only the english laptops can run tamtam.
