Comment:

 Build 542.3 has much of this problem fixed. TamTam continues to have
 problems with sound only on the Spanish and Portuguese laptops. That bug
 should remain open (#3165); this one can be closed.

 We have delivered a build to Carla, 542.4, that has these fixes and
 removes Tamtam from the activities.
