Comment:

 This is an interesting issue.  I think it will be solved via a combination
 of mime-type conventions and our custom "bundle" format.  This makes the
 most sense to me as far as icons go:

  1. If the bundle includes a custom icon as allowed for by the bundle spec
 (defined in .info), then we should use that icon.
  2. Otherwise, if the mime-type (subtype?) is recognized, for instance, as
 a "library bundle" or an "activity bundle", we should supply generic icons
 for these well known bundle types
  3. Otherwise, we'll use a completely generic bundle icon

 Does this make sense implementation-wise?  I have the generic bundle icon
 for now.  We'll need to come up with a library-bundle icon.
