 I think we should provide the dialog from the neighborhood view.  Should
 the user wish to cancel the connection, or fail to provide the correct
 key, then it would be disorienting to pull them out of the Neighborhood
 view.  The zoom to home should only occur when the connection is actually
 being established.

 We are going to want to use a fullscreen modal dialog for this, which
 warns that connecting to the AP will disrupt their current activities.
