 Ethernet should take precedence over mesh/wireless; but there may be
 corner-cases to deal with.  We also don't have a way to select wired in
 Sugar.

 If NM fails to connect to both the mesh and an infrastructure AP, it
 should fall back to wired.  Lets keep this open until we figure it out.
