 This looks like more of a dhclient problem; it's also taking a _really_
 long time for your DHCP server (or dhclient on the XO) to receive a
 response from the DHCP server.  That's quite odd; it's taking _132_
 seconds to get a successful DHCP response, and NM will certainly kill
 stuff if the connection is taking longer than 40 seconds.

 Can you try a few tests?  can you time dhclient getting a response when
 the bridge is connected and when it's disconnected a few times to see if
 the bridge is actually causing dhclient to take a lot longer for some
 reasoN?
