Comment:

 Eben and others,
 After discussions on irc I think we have to make no assumptions about
 screen rotation due to a mechanical configuration ('handheld' or 'tablet'
 mode). Only Activities with a really good reason should automatically
 rotate the screen.

 Since we provide a very easy method for students to rotate the screen when
 they want to, then we should not make any presumptions about knowing that
 they want to rotate the screen.
