#2012: Rollover positioning in Frame needs adjustment

 The rollover should always "snap on" as an extension of the icon being
 hovered over, and should never overlap any portion of the frame itself.
 The position currently used for the activities in the lower edge of the
 frame is correct.  However, those for the clippings in the left edge are
 positioned below, instead of to the right.  I can't actually test the top
 or right edges yet, but those should of course be below and to the left,
 respectively.
