 The frame gets always in the way. Like, when reading some text, the mouse
 pointer obscures the text, so you move it away.  But after a while, the
 frame pops out. Bad.

 IMHO the frame should only be activated by keyboard, and possibly by the
 corners, but never, not even with a timeout, at the edges.
