 Regarding the grab behavior, I would expect nothing less from a usability
 standpoint.  The behavior on Windows which releases the grab when the
 mouse strays more than some predefined amount away from the scrollbar
 drives me crazy.  However, I'm not sure what relevance that has here,
 other than to say that if a grab is going on, then we don't invoke the
 Frame, which matches the 3rd point of the spec.

 Regarding accidental frame activation, my point is that there won't ''be''
 any if the constraints above are followed.  Christian and I both think
 that the spatial relationship people have with the Frame is going to be a
 positive one, and if we can get these details implemented correctly, it
 would make the system much more naturally usable.  I could be wrong, but
 I'd rather know for sure before giving up on it.  I've implemented this in
 Flash myself already, and there it feels quite good.
