 Sorry, I deleted the initial description by mistake. Here it is again.

 > The system's Industrial Design specifies two LEDs for the wireless
 > subsystem: a "wireless enabled" LED, and a "wireless status" LED.
 > Currently, the wireless driver only drives the "wireless enabled" LED,
 > and flashes that same indicator when activity occurs.  This must
 > change so that both LEDs are driven, properly matching the system's
 > Industrial Design.
