 It was consistent, though.  When the other user would leave the app to go
 type something at a terminal, suddenly I couldn't get files from them.
 When they returned, I could.  It was a 1:1 mapping.

 I mean, it ''could'' have just been extraordinarily bad timing on our
 parts, but that seems deeply suspicious.  It happened twice in the same
 session, in the same way.
