Comment:

 I just retested this and it works for me (on U1-666) with Record-48.xo on
 link local.

 Media thumbnails transferred successfully to the not-active-activity and
 we were able to reload the thumbnails' corresponding media when we made
 the activity active again.

 Likewise, we were able to access media from a non-active instance of
 Record.

 If you are able to reproduce, please list the steps you take so that we
 can duplicate the bug and we'll fix it asap.
