 This ticket refers to a problem seen with B2 and pre-B3 machines where the
 camera noise is speckles, and appears under all light conditions.

 This does not refer to another camera noise problem which appears under
 low light conditions, and generates lines across the screen.  That is
 posted as trac ticket #499.

 This problem was due to a problem with the camera initialization routine,
 and can be fixed by rewriting camera register 0x11 at the end of the
 initialization with the same value written earlier in the init sequence.

 This has been verified and fixed in OFW (see ticket #499).  This ticket
 exists to ensure that the Linux driver also gets modified.
