Comment:

 OVT reports that there is a problem in 565 mode that can be worked around
 by rewriting camera register 0x11 after all the other registers have been
 set.

 I tested this workaround and it works.  I added "1 h# 11 ov!"  to the end
 of the camera register init sequence in OFW(earlier in the sequence, that
 same value is written to the same register).  With this workaround, I have
 done about 50 reinits of the camera chip and the image is always good - no
 red or green speckles.  Without the workaround, the mean time to failure
 is about 2 reinits.

 This workaround needs to be applied to the Linux driver too.
