[Bookreader] Book reader and eBook distribution/hosting service

Paul Commons just joined this list; a good opportunity for thread
convergence, since the schools that will be using french and spanish
book-collections are a mix of online and offline; the latter will be
setting up school servers to solve this sort of problem.
