[Testing] [support-gang] using usb2vga with 11.2.0 and 10.1.3

Thank you James for your suggestions. The .zd file on the disk did turn out
to be incomplete!
Also, it is likely now that my USB to VGA adapter is unsupported. The model
number is USB2VGAE2
as opposed to USB2VGA2, which is on the list of supported hardware.

At any case Sameer is coming to my rescue by lending me his adapter for my
trip this Sunday. Thank you Sameer!
