Hi,

No problem.  For what it's worth, we:

* announce on IRC that the build exists
* Quozl runs some diff scripts on it, we talk about the differences
  found and whether they were intended.  (We're talking about an
  unintended one right now.)  If they weren't, we might spin a new
  build
* I write up a changelog
* send a release mail to devel@, testing@, etc.
