[Testing] New Sugar [0.84 not 0.88 in fact!] on XO-1, by Steven Parrish

Some quick observation on Sugar mode in  OS16

1. Software Update is missing from the Control Panel.

2. You have to horizontally scroll in the Control Panel.  There is adequate space in the control panel to have another line of icons so scrolling would not be necessary.  ( This has been a problem for a few releases ).

3. Ruler Activity does not display  correctly. Position of some items is incorrect and the scaling is incorrect for the screen size. It should display the ruler contents with the correct sizing.

4. First time I used Record (v83) it abnormally exited.  I took a photo, looked at it, took a video, looked at it and tried to take a 2nd video.  The record log file had a CRITICAL error in it.  Below is contents of the org.laptop.RecordActivity-1.log file.
