[Testing] Power Management Clarification

Hello,

we  are using  XO 1.0 & 1.5 OLPC  in new OS version (Build 851)

When we  try to executing power options,the only option is Automatic power
management,why Extream power management option is not
there?
Does anyone can reply ?
