[Testing] Security certificate not yet valid error in XO-1.0

This problem sounds similar to the ones we are having at MSU.  See my "Puzzling Problems...." message to the S-G this evening.  If you need a copy, I'll forward it to the Testing list.

P.S. I wonder how many other folks are having the same type of problems but haven't contacted us yet?
