[Testing] getting sounds out of .swfs and MP3s in os851

AFAIK, Chris' description is completely correct.  Obviously we have the rights to distribute the open audio/video codecs available on every XO today; I assuming the question was limited to technologies for which a private, individual license agreement is required.
