[Testing] developer key request error

Hi all,



When requesting the developer key by clicking the “Submit Query” button, the
following message is displayed,

“This laptop, with serial number SHC95000184, is not yet in our database.
Please try again in a day or so.”



Could you please advice?



Laptop hardware version XO-1.5
