[Testing] Uploading 800+ Test Cases onto the WIKI

If nothing else, there are two problems with this:
- Who knows what google docs retention policy will be.   Will these still
be here in five years ?  Ten ?
- Google documents cannot be accessed from within the great firewall of China.
