The very first row in the test case format led me off on tangents.
While it is obvious that -- if an Activity is launched by clicking on
its icon -- its icon must be there :

What if the icon were not there ?

 -  Is it the fault of the Activity Developer (for not supplying an
icon_image that Sugar can display) ?

 -  Is it the fault of the distribution packager (for not building a
distribution that meets the user's expectations) ?

 -  Is it the fault of Sugar for having a graphics bug or database bug
that prevents proper display of the icon ?

 -  Is it the fault of the user for looking only at Ring View (when that
Activity is "unmarked" from 'favorites') ?

 -  Is it the fault of the user for having 'erased' that Activity ?


I'm wondering how many of the above potential reasons for not seeing the
Activity's icon might justify an  'Activity's test failed'  conclusion ?
