[Testing] Closing Test in Release and QA Sign off bugs

We (Frances and I) are currently installing/testing 765 on the school 
server and mesh networks, though here at 1cc we have "a bad RF day", 
so mesh-related testing might not be possible (we will see later).

I don't yet have my opinion regarding 765.
