How to join the meeting if you're new to IRC:

1. Go to http://forum.laptop.org/chat
2. Pick a login name (anything you want); log in
3. You'll see a chat screen. In the bottom, type (no quotes) "/join 
#olpc-meeting"
4. Hit Enter.
5. Congratulations - you should be in the meeting.
