[Testing] PROPOSAL: New Meeting time

I'm assuming that's Thurs. and Fri. at 3:40/4:00pm EST?

The test meeting time is going to be inaccessible to somebody no
matter what time it's held at. I'd like to make a parallel request to
ffm's: can we post the meeting agenda to wiki beforehand (similar to
how support-gang agendas go out in advance) so people who can't make
it can voice their thoughts and add things to the list that they'd
like discussed?
