[Testing] Security Update Meeting is moved to tomorrow, Wed 2pm EDT

Sorry for the late notice. I would like to move the security meeting which
was supposed to be today (tues 4pm) to tomorrow, Wed, 2pm to accomodate
Ivan's scheduling problems today.

After an update from the various people involved, I would like to focus some
discussion on testing -- activation, upgrades, rainbow, etc.
