Stop NetworkManager in top.
Manual to set olpc-mesh essid and ad-hoc mode on eth0 and set msh0 IP.
The transfer process via sftp was successfully.

Chia Ying,

Have you tried to stop the network manager processes before starting the
sftp process in the first test? (and still use msh0 as opposed to eth0)

Hello,
I prepared two OLPC C stage machines for wireless performance test.
BIOS: Q2C26, Image: 571
After get IP on msh0 then use the command “sftp” to get a 100 MB file
from OLPC-A to OLPC-B.
When the download percentage was about 10%~60%, it shown stalled stage on
OLPC-B and the transfer stop.

I try another way to do this test.
Kill “NetworkManager” and “NetworkManagerDispatcher” in the top on
OLPC-A and B.
Manual to set the same essid, ad-hoc mode and IP on OLPC-A and OLPC-B
eth0.
Do the same test.
The transfer process is successfully.

Best Regards,
Chia Ying Lin
