Attending: Jim, Lauren, Mel, Richard, Dan, Kim, Noah

Today is Feature Freeze! Anyone who knows about a feature that they were
trying to get in by today, but didn't make it, please send me an email. In
case you forgot what features we are trying to ship, please see the roadmap:

https://dev.laptop.org/roadmap

If you didn't get your feature in and you haven't spoken to Jim or I about
it, then it is likely to be removed from the Trial-3 feature list. Please
provide an update at one of the meetings this week:

     Feature freeze and API freeze meetings this week (all EDT)

   * Datastore and tubes, Tues 12:00 (noon)
      * Content and library, Tues 3pm
      * Security, Tues 4pm
      * Kernel/OS/System blocking bug review, Tues 9pm
      * Sugar/Design, Wed 10am
      * School Server, Wed 3pm

   - Need to seek out all features that are not complete and come up with
   a plan for completion or for pushing them out of the next release.
      - Badges, Dan believes he can add this one in the next day or
      two
      - Activation with crypto - should be ready to test this week;
      Mitch is doing OFW and testing now
      - Neighborhood mesh view doesn't have filters or sorting
      (marco?)
      - Suspend wireless when the lid is closed (who is doing this?)
      - Grab/scroll is not in the build today (Bernie, has other
      priorities)
      - Journal versioning needs spec and review; probably won't make
      trial-3 (Ben providing spec)
      - Rebecca's boot animation - maybe too late for trial-3.

   - Major Blocking or Difficult bugs
      - Wireless suspend/resume is taking up lots of people's time.
      Progress is slow
      - Screeching audio during resume
      - Presence reliability
      - Need to see Activation working with real crypto; Need
      deployment partner to understand activation issues
      - Need to work with a third party or set up our own IPv6 tunnel
      end points
      - Journal memory consumption is excessive
