[sugar] No icons for activities in sugar-jhbuild

Hi Gustavo,

activity icons have been moved out from the frame. I suspect that you
need to mark some activities as favorites, or perhaps no activities
got installed? Activities should be in ~/Activities or
sugar-jhbuild/install/share/sugar/activities.
