[sugar] [RELEASE] Jukebox v5 released

Hi all,

I just released Jukebox activity v5. This is an activity for playing
audio/video. You can download the .xo file from [1], the source is
available at [2].
This is mostly a bugfix release:
* Encoding error fixed for bn_IN.po
